We understand that unforeseen events occur but we would appreciate 48 hours’ notice. To avoid disruption and lost business we operate a cancellation policy. Upon booking, a 50% non refundable deposit is taken to secure the appointment. An appointment can be rescheduled if 48 hours notice or more is given with no loss of deposit. (Manager’s discretion applies). In the event of a no show or cancellation on the day full payment of the balance of the treatment will be due. Thanks for your understanding.
